Great Location
This is a nice hotel located centrally in Buenos Aires, so easy to get to a variety of locations. Very walkable. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar. WiFi was not reliable, and more plugs needed bedside to accommodate chargers, etc. Other than that, good.

The front desk staff was very friendly. However, we were given the wrong keys twice and opened into a room that was already occupied! Such a shock to see people in my room! Then, we had to return to front desk with all our luggages to receive keys for another room number !

I highly recommend Grand Brizo. The staff was very friendly, helpful and they even booked Tango show tickets for my family. This hotel hosts 5 soccer teams and 2 airlines so you may see celebrities while having your breakfast or while in lobby. The location is very good, breakfast was very unique and high quality. Rooms are high quality. Its such a great experience in the most important location in Buenos Aires. Thanks! a ton Grand Brizo staff.
