    I had a nice journey at Palermo Place. The hotel is nice, very clean, very nice people. It is like you see it in the pictures, no scam. I can recommend it and the rate is worth for what you get.

    7 people including me where stuck on the elevator,
    7 people were trapped by the elevator including me, the elevator indicated a maximum of 8 people. The firemen took us out. The elevator does not have a weight sensor; very important, be carefull !!!!!

    Comfortable and well located with all facilities
    Great area with many shops and bars and close to the center. The Room is very comfortable and the kitchenette gives you flexibility. There is a gym with a great view on the top floor. Very friendly staff always available to help.

    Hotel staff is very nice. Amenities are very basic. Room is spacious and includes a half-kitchen. Bathroom is dated and toiletries are low grade. Location is good for walking to a variety of restaurants but terrible for weekday traffic (in & out) depending on where you're headed.

    Overall Disappointing, inconvenient.
    The room is spacious and clean, and the hotel staff was nice, but that's about it. My first disappointment came when I went to the gym and realized they didn't have any water to consume nor towels, mind it they didn't have any water bottles in the room either, so if you didn't guess that before hand you were out of luck at the gym, which I was. The breakfast is included, but you have to walk at least one block to one to a restaurant. I had my clothes cleaned, but they didn't have them ready on time, so I had to pay for a taxi to deliver them, but twice because they didn't jot down the right address the first time. I was hoping as a courtesy that I wouldn't have to pay for the first taxi, but that was too much to ask. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody, and certainly nobody in the company I work for.

    Very pleasant, comfortable, and nice spacious room
    The room included a state of the art kitchen, which included a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, and all the necessary kitchenware to function. The view from my room faced the east proving me with beautiful sunrises.

    Nice location
    I was expecting a little more from this place, but I think I was over shooting it's advertisement. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, spoke good English, and made the stay great. When I checked in, the wifi did not work on my floor, until the following day; which made it a little difficult to look things up, make arrangements, etc. Other than that, the location was good, close between two metro stops and many restaurants.

    It was a room for the night, nothing more
    First room I was offered had been recently and heavily smoked in. Second room I was moved to had no soap and a non-working television, although I figured out on my own how to fix the latter. No service or services to speak of. Heater took a while to get started but room reached an acceptable temperature once it did. Awakened by very loud hammering noise in the morning.

    Problems in Palermo, Buenos Aires
    In spite of a very friendly staff, who tried to be helpful, hotel is uneven at best. Thermostat remote didn't work on check in. Light bulb in ceiling fixture took two days to replace. Small hotel had one room closed since safe didn't work, another closed since shower not working, water problems on two different stays. All water at hotel turned off for repairs without giving notice to customers. Very apologetic staff, moved us to sister hotel but for sure can do better in Buenos Aires. Great location, quiet street, lots of restaurants nearby but does not make up for hotel problems.
