The location is excellent. Good and relatively fair price. Rather standard basic breakfast. Rooms are clean but probably never renovated since opening… No fitness room.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was awful, they weren't helpful at all, and not friendly. We would call the front desk, and no one would answer the phone. My husband had to go to the reception area to see if anyone was working. There always 1 or 2 people working, but they wouldn't answer the guests calls. TERRIBLE PLACE.

The property was older, but it was clean. It's a Ramada, so nothing too fancy. The room was also spacious. Easy to walk to shopping area.

Teniamos dos dias, llegamos tarde a la noche y nos fuimos al otro a medio dia. Dijimos no se nos hiciera la habitacion y no escucharon, tocaron nuestras cosas y ademas dejaron la basura de regalo en la habitacion. Tuvimos que pedir colchas pues no tenia ( en frio ) nos trajeron dos y eramos tres. La seguridad de la caja nula, la caja suelta sobre el armario. La cocina no calento nunca. Desayuno continental pero pobre y no jugos naturales. Nos quitaron el agua sin avisar y el dia que nos fuimos tambien. No volveria por ahora.

City centre hotel
Good hotel in the centre of Buenos Aires, with very friendly reception staff and a decent, albeit basic, buffet breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable, although not the biggest we stayed at on this trip. My only slight reservation about this hotel was the area around it didn’t feel particularly safe at night. The hotel is very well situated in the centre of the city, but being in the city centre can mean that once the workers leave in the evening, the back streets are quiet and there are rough sleepers in the vicinity. We ended up using Uber which solved the problem at night.
