Welcome to this charming little house in South Buffalo. If you are in Buffalo for a Bills game the house is 10 minutes from the stadium and it's also 15 minutes max to get downtown for a Sabres game or fine dining. South Buffalo is also loaded with great little family restaurants, Irish Pubs and beautiful parks to exercise. This brilliant property features 3 cozy bedrooms with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washer/dryer with central AC/Heat during your stay. The master bedroom (42" TV with surround sound) and 1 guest room are on the main floor including a full bath. The 2nd guest room is upstairs and fully furnished. The basement is finished and includes a large sectional couch with an 85" TV that has surround sound and a half bath. Oh, and the family room on the first floor has all new furniture and also includes an 85" TV that has surround sound as well. Experience the magic of South Buffalo at our house and you are in for a real treat. After you book we will chat and I will fill you in on all my favorite haunts and the must visit restaurants, bars and cool parts of town.
