When we arrived, the front desk staff was polite to us but yelled at other guests (for asking for ketchup while she was with a guest) and Expedia personnel on the phone (I’m not sure why) in front of us. We got to our room and it smelled of mildew (it got better over the en t two days, but the popped tiles in the bathroom were clearly black from mildew.) The side entrance doors had key card entry but they were just for an illusion of security, they all opened without key cards. When our room key reader died, the day staff was extremely friendly and helped get the battery replaced immediately.

Great budget friendly hotel
It was alright, had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker which is a lot more than other places. Staff were very friendly too. Room was fairly clean. The room itself was cramped, especially the bathroom, and didn't provide a hair dryer. Overall great place if you're looking for budget friendly. Close proximity to the waterfront and many options for food nearby.
