I appreciated that front desk changed my room to a shower/tub combo room that i originally was supposed to be in but the new room i was moved to i was awaken to saws and beatting with hammers from room remodeling right across from my door. Im in room 230. Jarrett Webb

Affordable Stay to visit the falls.
Booked for my parents to visit Niagara Falls. Both said location was good to airport and Falls. Location and hotel had what they needed for the short visit.

Newly and nicely remodeled but thin walls and easy to hear slamming room doors. Long walk from the front to the elevators. Paid for breakfast buffet - not great. Variety of items but not cooked well. Bar nice. Friendly staff. Hung my towels as instructed but they washed them anyway. Overall decent but will try another hotel next time.

I would say it was a perfect stay, we came to visit the Niagara falls with family/parents so booked two rooms, we got the rooms one next to each other as requested which was awesome. As I have booked it a month ago hence got an excellent price, plenty of parking place in the front and rear side of the hotel. We drove from Pittsburg and were very tired, I wanted to appreciate Andrew for helping us get through fastest check-in process, the rooms were very neat and tidy, bathrooms were spic and span. The cooling in the room was kind of centralized but it was fast cooling which we was nice. It was really very quite and we were able to relax had a great good night sleep. Yes there is some building renovation going on the first floor but I believe it was only in the day time, didn't disturb us at all. We vacated around 10am and check-out process was 5 seconds, you handover the keys and that is all, LOL. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel and of course we would choose this hotel again if we come back to Niagara. Thank you team.

Greeted with a friendly welcome. Nice, new carpet smell in the hallways. Room was freshly refurbished. Surprising gap in the bottom of the door, however. You could see through into the hallway from underneath the door. Otherwise, excellent property and very happy with staff, decor, and overall facilities.
