The property was very clean and the staff that checked us in were very polite and friendly. We took advantage of the indoor pool which has a connected outdoor pool which we found was unique. We also decided to sit by the fire table tops outside which added an extra special touch. The only thing that was confusing was what side of the building to enter to check in faster.

You get what you pay for
Had no internet for the first 48 hours of our stay. Tried to get resolved with maintenance, engineering and the front desk but was told “it didn’t work and can’t be fixed due to renovations” so I worked from the lobby for three hours. Eventually Colleen the manager was able to get us into a room on a floor with working WiFi. That room had internet but no working fridge so leftovers ended up in the trash. I usually book through Marriott but used hotels.com to get a better rate - I think that’s why we were treated like 2nd class citizens at this property.

Room were clean but no shampoo, no hair dryer and coffee machine was unclean. I complained but no show. You ar3 running big hotels like Marriott but service you provided was 2 star hotel.
