Quiet times between 9pm and 7am everyday. No parties or unregistered guests.

No smoking of any kind, including vaping, in or on the property, including the back patio and garage. If there is a strong odor of smoke or marijuana at the property, there will be an automatic charge of $250. We enjoyed our stay at this 3 bedroom townhouse walkable to downtown Buffalo. Clean and spacious even though somewhat sparsely furnished and decorated.
