Our first encounter with the staff was not a welcoming experience The young lady who checked us in seemed very annoyed by us just checking in and bothering her Our room was clean but incredibly small for 3 people, even though it was just for sleeping and showering Some of the staff was friendly while others weren’t at all Also this was supposed to be a smoke free hotel and walking through the hallways proved that to not be true Needless to say we will not be returning to stay there when we come back up to visit our daughter who has moved there

The room was clean including the bathroom. The TV channels were a little confusing with the remote? No button for guide and when a guide came up it e Was difficult to change the channel.
