Our first encounter with the staff was not a welcoming experience The young lady who checked us in seemed very annoyed by us just checking in and bothering her Our room was clean but incredibly small for 3 people, even though it was just for sleeping and showering Some of the staff was friendly while others weren’t at all Also this was supposed to be a smoke free hotel and walking through the hallways proved that to not be true Needless to say we will not be returning to stay there when we come back up to visit our daughter who has moved there

Asked up front to make sure they were aware the side door did not lock. You should use your key to enter bldg. but never got fixed and anyone could open by pulling on handle. I did not feel too safe.

Excellent stay!
We had a super, relaxing stay. The staff were friendly & helpful, the room was spotless and the beds sooooo comfortable! (TV & available channels also very good)
