Most ice machines were broken and the elevator buttons had a few issues. Otherwise, pretty clean, easy on and off the highway. Would stay again if we went to another Bills game

The room we stayed in smelled of Must and Amonia the entire time we were there. I’m not sure what cleaning products they use, but they need to work on the moisture level of the rooms and work on the state of the furniture.

The toilet seat was broken, unfortunately they didn’t have another seat or room to switch. We stayed 2 nights, first breakfast-fruits were going bad and scrambled eggs weren’t cooked enough. Second day breakfast was amazing. Different options had fried eggs, ham and much more enjoyable. Overall it was an ok experience.

We arrived at the Country Inn just before 5.00PM, to be told they had a water problem 2 days earlier & weren't accepting guests & our booking had been transferred to the Comfort Inn, Buffalo Airport, 10 miles back up the Interstate which we had just come down with the Northbound section almost at a standstill. On the same complex were Staybridge Suites & almost next door was a Hampton Inn. As it was not our fault they were shut we asked them to book us into one of these hotels, to be told they were fully booked. A blatant lie, I walked across & asked, rooms were available. Upon pointing this out, a very belligerent manager got involved & stated "It wasn't his fault & it wasn't his problem as we'd booked through a third party, Expedia, take it up with them" Just before 6.00PM we got a phone call from Expedia stating what we already knew, with assurance that a room would be available at the Airport. It was not, an extremely helpful Clerk & Manager did their utmost to sort it out, but although the Country Inn had cancelled & refunded Expedia, the reallocation had never arrived with them. At 720 we gave up & paid for a room to enable us to stop there. I have contacted Expedia through their: Please rate our service request, but have had no response!

As we were on the way to the property I get a message that our booking was no longer available and to contact the office. I do and they supposedly booked us with their sister hotel so we get there to check in and they say we are not booked there. We have to cancel our reservation, which it said it was to late to do through the app but he called country inn and the problem was fixed so we can go to our original booking. After driving all day that was so an annoyance. No compensation or upgrade offered after they screwed up. We travel a lot and this is the first time anything like this happen. On a good note though, the staff was super friendly and our room was clean. Breakfast was a bit cold but coffee was good
