I liked the location, it was a quick walk to Shea's Theatre. Free valet parking was great. My husband loved the shower, multiple sprays. I didn't like the fact that we had to request housekeeping daily and in fact they only cleaned our room once, and didn't even make up the bed. No information in the room for amenities like room service, spa information etc. The bed was good, pillows not so much. Very poor bathroom lighting and lighting overall was poor. Overall I expected service to be above and beyond and it wasn't. Not the experience that we imagined, as this hotel is rated 5 stars.

The hotel was conveniently located downtown. Parking was easy with the valet available and a lot across the street. The bathroom situation is amazing. If you don’t like Buffalo, just hang out in the bathroom of your hotel room. The roof top bar was pretty cool, offering views of downtown. Plenty of dining options as well as night life available. Overall, this hotel is very, very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Phenomenal experience with the Curtiss hotel. I had to leave a day early unexpectedly, and they did not charge me for the night. I told them to charge me because I did not give the required notice and they still did not add the charge. The hotel is beautiful and the staff so very friendly! Highly recommend. I know where I will stay for every business trip to Buffalo.
