A no frills apartment at a good price
This was our second time staying in this house (we rented the 1st floor apartment last fall) and the 2nd floor apartment is about the same. It's very basic, but it's clean and comfortable. The kitchen could definitely use some updated appliances, and more cookware. But, for the price, it's fine.

For the price, you get what you'd expect. As a previous person stated, the oven does not work. We got back late and wanted to cook a frozen pizza, that did not happen. There were no hand towels, just bath towels. AC only in bedrooms. Only one blanket for two beds. It was fine for one night and close to where we were going.

The apartment was nice. The one complaint I have is that the beds are sketchy and poorly constructed. The mattress was comfortable but I was afraid to move in the bed because it was noisy and felt like it would fall apart.

Outside was pretty clean. We had upstairs apt. Cleanliness was a 3 out of 5. It was clean but could have been cleaned a little more(1-2 hrs of cleaning would make a huge difference). Otherwise it was a good place to stay. We would stay here again.

Erg basic
Het appartement is erg ruim, en de bedden waren niet slecht. Maar verder vond ik het echt onder de maat. Er zaten geen lakens op het bed, we vonden ze ergens in een lade. Of de rest van het beddengoed schoon was weet ik niet. De keuken was oud en versleten en ook niet schoon. Een minimale hoeveelheid serviesgoed en bestek. Geen doekjes om te drogen of schoon te maken. De oven werkte niet, de magnetron en het fornuis gelukkig wel. De badkamer was wel okay, en naar verhouding redelijk schoon, inclusief voor elke persoon een grote handdoek. Het is een oud huis, het was leuk om alle kamertjes en gangen te ontdekken, ook op de zolder waar nog een bankje stond. Voor het bedrag wat je betaalt verwacht je geen paleis maar dit appartement schreeuwt om een goede opknapbeurt en grondige schoonmaak. Met wat extra zorg heeft het zeker potentie. Nu is het onvoldoende.
