We enjoyed our stay. We had a bit of trouble with the mini fridge and the A/C but they were fixed quickly so that was good. The noise from the trucks in the adjacent lot kept us up however. Staff was wonderful, services were great. Would stay again, just maybe in the other side of the hall away from the trucks.

The carpet smells and it’s an old outdated room. Not as clean as I expected for the amount paid as other Hilton hotels. Do not recommend anyone to stay there!!!!

While the hotel's proximity to the Walden Galleria mall and highway was convenient, and the check-in process was efficient with a welcoming front desk, the overall quality was disappointing. The bed mattresses and pillows were severely worn and lacked support, which is unacceptable for a brand like Hampton. Basic amenities, such as bedroom slippers, were missing. The room had inadequate lighting, a narrow but functional bathtub, and was not cleaned thoroughly—dirt was visible on the carpet. Additionally, the breakfast offered was basic and lacked healthy options.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Couldn’t walk around barefoot in the room. Bed was mostly cleaned except for a stained bed skirt. Questionable stains on walls. Would never spend this amount of money per night for this.
