Amazing experience. Check in was so smooth the young lady that checked us in was so pleasant and helpful! Our room was amazing I mean wow when we walked in! Location was perfect for us multiple restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast served daily from 6a-10a so good and clean!

Stayed (2) nights. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. 1st night had no sleep at all! (8) 12yr. Year old boys playing hockey in the halls and yelling and screaming up and down the halls!!! Parents were with them but just letting them do what they wanted as they drank their beer. Hotel security spoke to them twice but it only got worse. The yelling and screaming went on until 2:30am!!! After a 5 hour drive to get there, NO SLEEP!!!! Not very happy!!!

There were few maids to clean the rooms. In 5 nights, I had one service because I complained. No evening cookies anymore. At $340/ night, they can do better. No amenities in room like hand cream, map and info. on Buffalo. Also, no info. on restaurants.

This is a great hotel. It’s clean, the room is nice and the public areas are comfortable. There is no light in the kitchen area. Hard to see what you’re doing in the dark. The living room tv doesn’t work, and the sheets are so scratchy and uncomfortable. It would be nice to have more than 2 sets of towels. Overalll it is a nice hotel.

Everything about the stay was good! With the only exception being breakfast, we did come right near the end of breakfast, around 9:58. Staff member was very annoyed and giving dirty looks, and the moment we stepped out of the food area she closed the doors and locked us out. With the exception of that, no complaints.
