When we checked in, room did not looked vacuumed and it was dusty. Housekeeping didn’t come at all the first day, the next day they just came and changed the garbage and fixed bed. The Keurig machine looked like it was never cleaned. The shower was dirty and rusty. Breakfast options were good but wish it was longer hours on weekdays.

This is my first review ever… the most dirty hotel I’ve ever seen and I travel from coast to coast for work. They NEVER wash anything. Hallways smell like baby powder. You can see hair grease running off the wall over the pillows, cups/hand marks on the grease on the night table and you feel it under your feet when walking. After asking for a second room that new room had literal feces in the toilet and when I flushed was clogged. I slept in my truck. Horrible experience.

Stayed her for a Bills game. Close to Highmark Stadium, it took maybe 15-20 mins. Also conveniently close to Niagara Falls/Canada border to do some exploring. Plenty of dining options nearby, target right across the street, and a shopping mall just down the road. The hotel itself felt a little older with the shower having pieces of the floor chipped. Overall I would say just an ok stay for a few days.

The property is close to malls and shopping and restaurants like the cheesecake factory. What we didn’t like was the fact that the walls seem to be paper thin and the ceiling as well so you could hear people talking in the room across from you next to you and above you
