I had requested an early check in and thought I was getting one. This did not happen. The person had the front desk was not very helpful as I was trying to now determine an alternate plan given my circumstances. The breakfast is great but the person in charge of cleaning the area uses windex to spray the tables. That is not a great smell as you try and eat your breakfast. Soap and water would work just as easily. The rooms are very comfortable. There is no on site parking and the parking garage is a few blocks away.

The hotel is clean - but the property is unfriendly. Garage parking is 3 blocks away, check in was slow as only one person was checking in guests on the day of a Buffalo foot ball game, and no bathroom in lobby unless they "key" you in. Breakfast was good. The rooms are clean but there is a lot of street noise and the bathroom moisturizer is watered down.

The venues in the Theatre District are an easy walk. Breakfast and WiFi are included but parking is not and is a couple of blocks away. I used to pick this spot when coming for live music shows but had a bad experience 7 years ago and had been choosing other places. I gave them a try this time because of the price and location and was pleased with the experience overall. The parking situation is obnoxious but like what you would find in large cities. The bed was comfortable There were a few things wrong that didn't affect my stay like a broken lamp, cracked counter top etc...

Stayed overnight to see a show at Shea’s Performing Arts Center. Theater was right around the corner. Good restaurants within walking distance. Room a little warm and would not cool down. Everything else was very good. Would definitely recommend staying here especially if going to a show.

How does a hotel sell out your reservation??
My reservation was cancelled because they were “sold out” even though I had booked the hotel room months ago. They offered to put me up at a different hotel at a discounted rate (~$25 less). Problem was it was farther away from the concert venue which meant I would have to find transportation or drive myself. In the end they made it right by comping the room but I am still very disappointed.

Good hotel facilities and location and a good stay in general. However, the hotel charged an additional charge to my credit card, approx £200 and a month later I have yet to receive a refund or even a response despite getting in touch so be wary of that.
