The property was flooded Friday night from a broken sprinkler and everyone was evacuated in the middle of the night. No arrangements were made for another hotel.

I had a bad experience. It wasn’t all the hotel’s fault but the place didn’t feel up to code with cleanliness. On the particular night that I stayed there, an individual was smoking in their room which caused the sprinkler system to go off at 3:00am and then a pipe burst so my floor was deemed uninhabitable and I had to check out. I couldn’t stay there for the duration of my stay.

The staff were really great and helpful, but I didn't feel safe there. I was put in a room on a lower floor which was almost completely empty, and my room had an adjoining door which as a single female felt a little unsafe. There was some very uncomfortably loud adult behaviour happening in the room next door later in the evening (for a very extended amount of time) but the staff were so lovely and switched me immediately. The hotel seemed only half busy and I didn't see anyone else on my floor, but a lot of people going to and fro from higher floors. It could have just been luck, but I also wondered if it's because I booked through Expedia. I don't know if I would stay there again.

Second stay at this property. Quick on and off Interstate. Feels very safe, staff helpful and friendly, room large and clean. But, carpet in hallway badly needs replacing. The dingy carpet added to the very low ceiling creates "a tunnel of doom" feeling. A unique occurrence: At $4:00 AM sirens sounded and the PA told us to go to the lobby. We were left in ignorance for about an hour until finally we were told that someone had sabotaged the sprinkler system and created serious flooding. Our room was on the ground floor. We were allowed long enough to go to our room to get our luggage but then we had to leave. Fortunately we had relatives a few hours drive away, but someone who did not would have had a serious problem. Told we would get a refund but several days later we are still waiting for it.

This property appears nice when you enter the lobby, the rest of the property is quite run down. The room was questionable at best, cigarette burns on everything, bathroom vanity cracked in half. Needed somewhere to grab a quick nights sleep or would have immediately checked out. Lots of hotels on the area, stay somewhere else

Worst stay ever.
My stay was terrible from check in to check out. Did not like the room I was assigned and they tried to make me believe that they were giving me an upgrade. Furniture missing. Evacuate in middle of night. After given ok to go back to room alarm continued throughout the night. No compensation offered. Elevator out so we had to walk up 8 flights of steps. SMH

The front desk staff was awesome, specially the morning staff (can't remember his name, fair skin colour, dark wavy hair, white shirt) stands at the far right hand side of the front desk was very helpful, accommodating. I had the worst hotel experience for my first visit at Buffalo. We had to evacuate the building ar 3am because of a fire alarm. For 5 hours I was trying to find another hotel for the rest of my stay. The hotel communication was extremely poor I will never stay in that hotel again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Its 6am and we are sitting in our car like most of rhe other guests. 3am this morning the fire emergency alarm was triggered by some selfish person smoking in their room. All 600 plus guests had to use the stairs with water everywhere. The staff were great but it was a scary experience
