The location wasn't bad. The property is dated. The fitness area was small, three machines. The pool was not usable. The breakfast wasn't good on options, I slipped the breakfast.

Overall a nice and safe hotel right off the main highway. For the most part the room and bathroom were clean. The room did have stains on the carpet and chair from years of use. Otherwise, no complaints. Staff was nice as well.

Smoke free is not smoke free, the entire room (towels, linens) smelled like smoke. When this was addressed they wanted to come in a spray?? Cover up the smell of smoke with more chemicals? Never again … after driving 10 plus hours, we just needed to rest. This place is not recommended!!

Original room was never cleaned by housekeeping. Had to go to a different room. It's not bad for a one night stay. But 2 nights or more and you would need to find another place.

If you want people walking into your room please stay away. I went to file complaint with morning front desk 8/21/24 and she didn’t care at all told me mistakes happen get over it it’s not a big deal. A male walked in my room invading my privacy how is that not a big deal? Bathrooms were dirty tub stoppers doesn’t work. Fruit is old for breakfast. Overall no one should invade your privacy when you have the PRIVACY SIGN ON DOOR! Why do they provide the signs if they still invade our privacy. UNSAFE

I dealt with Paul at reception, he was courteous, polite and had exceptional listening skills. Paul understood our issue and resolved it. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well.
