Our room was not ready till 8:10pm when check in is at 3pm. The room was ok but there was these tiny bugs flying around. The door lock was broken, there was stickers from clothes on the back of the door, makes me think they did not clean very well. One person checked in and came back 5 minutes later wanting there money back because smelled like smoke. I would not stay here ever again and suggest you don’t ether.

Its located next to everything you need. Cheek in staff was friendly and very pleasant, she was always helpful and smiling. The room was tidy but smelled like cigarette smoke. The desk lamp kept flicking on and off. The room telephone was so disgusting and I would have never have asked my son to use it, had I seen it first. Everything else was clean and tidy.

The pictures online vs the reality of the property condition was very different. In reality, there were many bugs flying around in the room, bathroom etc. My whole family was affected by bed bugs and we are still undergoing treatment for the same. The property owners should at least maintain basic sanity and safety measures. I would not be visiting this or any other Red Roof properties because of this experience.

Nice stay
My stay was pleasant. The hotel offers coffee and tea at common area 24 hours day. They also have vending machines for snacks and laundry facilities for guests. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only downside was cigarette smells in the room although they claimed every room s 100% smoke free.
