The top most importance of a hotel is noise. The air conditioning in my room was obnoxiously loud. When it turned on randomly it was like a bomb going off and did not cool the room. The key in the slot did not help. The person shoving the bill underneath my door at 3 in the morning pushed so hard they knocked their hand loudly against the door, I know because it woke me up. The toilet wouldn’t flush half the time and the water pressure was less than stellar. The restaurant was great and everyone is very hospitable but the rooms are sub par

The hotel was beautiful. There was nowhere to put my make-up. For as much as I paid, there should be somewhere to set it. The cleaning staff were so friendly. The front desk staff were rude.
