The staff working here were great! The hotel lobby was clean and nice. The breakfast area was well kept. However, the room we were in was extremely beat up. It had stains all over the walls (I mean everywhere!) - I was afraid to examine the stains in the bedroom area. The cabinets were falling apart and the bathroom had poorly patched walls. The couch's pads were extremely worn down. The room needed a renovation.

We stayed her for 3 nights while in town. The hotel is older compared to ones around it, but it was clean and had all of the amenities we were looking for. Breakfast was good, even close to the end (we barely made it a couple of mornings). Had a bunch of options. We also used the pool while here and it was pretty great. We used the pool at the hotel across the street (Fairfield) and ours was WAY nicer. Obviously, maintained much better. If you are looking for a place to rest your head and get breakfast this is great.

Good dining and shopping options. Convenient to highway and midway to Niagara Falls. Room had good space. The bad was the room seemed outdated, the pull out couch mattress needed to be replaced, and overall it was not cleaned upon arrival. Also, the room seem to have a smell to it.
