Lovely stay. Very comfortable accommodations. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming especially front desk. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Convenient location; close to restaurants, shopping and more. Sofa (bed) could use updating but otherwise great.

It was a fantastic Stay. The staff was super friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the area where the hotel is located has lots of restaurants available within walking distance. We didn't get to go to the pool this time, but we spent a lot of time outside near the fireplace to keep ourselves nice and toasty. I highly recommend choosing to stay here; believe me, you won't regret it.

The staff was welcoming and willing to answer any questions along with suggesting things to do in the area. The breakfast was nice and the area was kept very clean. We would stay there again.

I visit the area often and always stay at the Staybridge. I have always had a wonderful experience. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The food is good the rooms are excellent!!! I definitely recommend staying at the hotel.

Our room seemed dirty, none of the drains would drain. From taking a shower or washing our hands the tub and or sink woudl fill up with water. This was our second time staying here, nothing like the first time. 1 year made a huge difference in the cleaniness and wear and tear.

My check in with Linda was incredible, she understood we were there for a funeral and we were able to check in early to freshen up after a flight. When we got to the room, there were a lot of dead lightbulbs, there were stains on the carpets and furniture. I found the room to be dusty as well. We were only there for a few hours so I did not want to make a fuss. We were literally in Buffalo less then 20 hours. All I really needed was a bed for a few hours. I believe if we were to be there longer, it would have bothered me.
