Great spot for kids going to the Bills game. My only complaint would be the bedding. Better blankets needed and perhaps extra towels when you’re a family of 4.

The employees were friendly and were helpful. The continental breakfast was robust for a hotel. The employees were on top of cleaning tables and they turned over. The rooms were small and basic but met our needs. The beds were rock hard.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful - especially so with my disability issues. The room was very nice. Comfortable bed and accessible. Thank you for such a nice stay during my move to our new home!

Most staff members were awesome one staff member that worked early in the morning was ok I guess, we got to Pittsburgh earlier then expected 6 am, we drove all night it was a 24 hour drive so we asked if there was any way she could call us as soon as someone checked out she said yes but of course she didn’t check out time is 12 so I know a room had to have been ready before 3, but thank God for Walmart’s parking lot because that’s where we slept until it was time to check in
