Búger is quite idyllic away from all the main roads in the north of the island, away from traffic and pollution. The smallest municipality of Mallorca is in perfect grandeur on the last hill before the potato fields of Sa Pobla. Many homeowners in Búger have a wonderful view of the Albufera, the Bay of Alcudia, the Arta mountains in the northeast and the Tramuntana mountains in the west. The Finca is located in the middle of this beautiful idyll, in a land with 3 different properties. Each plot is individual and absolutely private. The large plot of land is divided into the "Sestadors de Búger" estate, the "Can Mir de Búger" estate and the "Es Rafal Vell de Búger" estate. From here you have quick access to the supermarkets, the weekly market in Búger, which takes place every Saturday in front of the town hall. The nearest beach is quickly found through the direction of the Albufera Platjas de Muro, in just 14 minutes. Here you will find a paradisiacal sandy beach with turquoise blue water.

The garden of the farm is very well maintained with lots of green space. The different species of trees, cactus and palm trees in the green areas offer plenty of space for relaxing time, adventures for explorers and walks. The 42 m² pool is shaped like a pond and is surrounded by a lot of grass and an elegant wooden terrace. Here you can relax wonderfully in super comfortable hammocks or simply on top of your blanket on the lawn. Umbrellas and tall trees provide enough shade, while enjoying the beautiful view of the natural landscape.
The spacious terrace, built with natural stone, like the facades of the farm has a covered part where the barbecue area is, very comfortable and fully equipped. Rustic stone benches with typical Mallorcan cloth cushions and 2 large dining tables with chairs provide space for a large group of travelers. So everyone can eat together at the same time. The farmhouse has been restored, but the original charm has been preserved, which can be seen very well with decorative elements and original details. Just take a look and you will be surprised at how many old items you can find.

The large house of 400 m² has also been restored and equipped with modern and antique furniture. Rustic wooden beams, authentic stone floors, rounded marble arches and natural stone walls give the interior a very special living environment, a mixture of history and modernity. Many equipment and original installations have been preserved here and have been skillfully advanced with modern details. The lower part of the house is divided into a large entrance area, a large rustic kitchen, a cozy living area consisting of 2 living rooms and a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. The upper floor, divided into 4 double rooms with 4 en suite bathrooms, is perfectly combined. Each room is spacious, unique and equipped with modern furniture. In addition to comfort and quality, great attention was paid to the variety. All areas of the house have been designed differently and uniquely with great attention to detail. Amenities include air conditioning throughout the house, free wireless Internet, satellite TV and cots / high chairs (upon request) for our smallest guests.
