Highly recommended
My husband, myself and our two dogs had a very one night pleasant stay. We like that we can park directly outside our room which was clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurant serves good food and both the host and the restaurant guy are very friendly. We have stayed in this hotel previously on our way to Spain and will do so again - highly recommended.

Good overnight stop for an early ferry or late arrival in France as it is 1 hour from Calais. Quirky location on a private airport. Good staff, clean and bright rooms. I would stay again.

The room was clean, well equpped with an excellent shower room. View was over the old airfield. Convenient for the restaurant, but unfortunately the range of food and the quality of of food was very disappointing. The breakfast was particulary poor. Would stay there again but exclude breakfast and eat elsewhere.

A great one night stay.
A great one night stay booked as a stopover to break up a longer journey. So easy to get to from the main highway, parking right outside our room and a very comfortable night stay. We loved the window shutters that helped make the room dark for a great sleep. Staff were incredibly welcoming and so good with children. The restaurant was great for an evening meal. The location next to the airfield was fab to watch a few small planes land and it provided some great child entertainment!

A great one night stay with a child.
A great one night stay booked as a stopover to break up a longer journey. So easy to get to from the main highway, parking right outside our room and a very comfortable night stay. We loved the window shutters that helped make the room dark for our little one to sleep. Plenty of room for our travel cot too. The bed was really comfy and we slept so well. Staff were incredibly welcoming and were fantastic with our little girl. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and had a lovely meal. The location next to the airfield was great, we really enjoyed watching a few small planes land and it provided some great child entertainment!

4th visit here and will return
Have stayed in this hotel 4 times now and will return. Just a couple of suggestions to improve things a little. It would be good to have a change of restaurant menu as this seems to stay exactly the same, another vegetarian option other than salad would be a good idea. Extra pillows in the bedroom would also be good. Everything else about the stay was perfect.

L’aerodrome stands out from the bland corporate chains particularly by way of it’s unique heritage as a working aérodrome. The decor quirkily reflects this heritage in the public areas and the motel style bedrooms. A pleasant surprise, for a French establishment, was the limited vegetarian options for dînner. The serveuse and patron were both helpful and friendly for the English and Dutch visitors.The only surprise was the extra €1.40 tax surcharge not included , but pretty insignificant in relation to all the positives, particularly the comfortable beds.
