Heerlijk huis met prachtig zwembad. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Lekkere restaurants op loopafstand en op korte afstand rijden. Mooie dorpen en strand in de buurt. Heerlijke vakantie gehad met ons gezin!

Tagsüber pro Minute 5 bis 6 Autos und Lastwagen,die am nahen Garten und Pool vorbeidonnern. Also über 300 pro Stunde. Wir fühlen uns getäuscht und abgezockt. Eine einvernehmliche Regelung mit der Agentur fand nicht statt, die letzten Mails wurden ignoriert. Mit meinem Rechtsanwalt werde ich nun klären, ob Fewo-direkt oder die Agentur für falsche Exposés haftbar gemacht werden können. Danke für nichts und nie wieder!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, totales Urlaubsfeeling. Pool war auch super, schön groß und eine super Abkühlung! Das Grundstück / Garten fanden wir auch toll, Olivenbäume, Feigenbaum und überall Oleander. Sehr mediterran, hat uns gut gefallen! Grundstück komplett eingezäunt, was wir super finden wenn man einem Hund hat oder Kinder. Das Haus war sauber und es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Der Kontakt war auch sehr nett und informativ. Das Einzige was nicht so toll war, es ist schwierig Gassi zu gehen mit dem Hund, es gibt keine Gehwehe entlang der Straßen im Dorf. Ein paar freilaufende Hunde gibt es auch. Strände fanden wir tatsächlich nicht so toll, waren viel im Ferienhaus am Pool. Das Haus würden wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Privatsphäre, großes Grundstück und großes Pool und wirklich tolles mediterranes Ferienhaus / Garten! :-)

Aufenthalt mit Kind und Hund

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft mit Hund und Kind sehr genossen. An richtig heißen Tagen war der Pool Gold wert! Und auch das Trampolin wurde rege von unserer 4jährigen genutzt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt, für längere Aufenthalte wäre ein Staubsauger jedoch sinnvoll (zumindest haben wir ihn nicht gefunden). Spaziergänge mit Hund gestalteten sich etwas schwierig, dafür wurde mehr im Garten getobt. Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt! Wir würden wieder buchen.

Wunderschönes istrisches Steinhaus

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne, sehr ruhige und ungestörte Woche in der Villa Castelo. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und, wie ich finde, in einem sehr geschmackvollen und ansprechenden Mix aus Alt und Neu eingerichtet. Alle Räume (Bäder, Küche, Schlafzimmer) sind sehr sauber und man findet alles, was man braucht. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Küche absolut top ausgestattet ist...was keine Selbstverständlichkeit bei Ferienhäusern ist. Also, richtigem Kochen steht nichts im Wege. Auch der Grill ist klasse! Was aber für uns das Highlight war: der atemberaubende Pool! Auch dieser ist top gepflegt (geschieht alles unbemerkt und ohne Störung in den frühen Morgenstunden durch freundliche Profis), sehr sauber und überaus erfrischend. Und er ist so groß, dass man richtig gut ausdauernd schwimmen kann. Im Ort selbst gibt es keinen Supermarkt. Dorthin muss man 5 Minuten fahren. Auch zu den Stränden muss man fahren, allerdings nicht lang. Wir fanden Kanegra am schönsten. Gute Restaurants (maslinova grana und Igor) befinden sich direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Der Besuch lohnt sich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke, Valentina!

Wunderschönes istrisches Steinhaus

Wir (Familie mit 7jähriger Tochter) hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Castelo. Der Pool war traumhaft und super gepflegt (geschieht alles diskret in den frühesten Morgenstunden, ohne dass man es mitbekommt), das Haus ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern und sehr geschmackvoll, wie ich finde, in einem Mix aus Alt und Neu eingerichtet. Außerdem ist die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet und neu, das heißt, alles funktioniert bestens. Die Terrasse ist angenehm, der Grill klasse und sollte es zu heiß sein, kühlen im Haus die drei Klimaanlagen. Gegenüber gibt es zwei wirklich gute Restaurants ( Maslinova Grana und Igor). Das Meer ist 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto weg. Uns hat Kanegra am besten gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren für 10 Tage in dem Ferienhaus und waren wirklich sehr begeistert. Es war alles sauber und mit den 2 Badezimmern und 3 Schlafzimmer war mehr als genug Platz für alle. Im Haus sind ebenfalls 3 Klimaanlagen vorhanden, durch welche man es angenehm kühl im Haus halten kann. Das ganze Grundstück ist eingezäunt, so dass man sich wenig Sorgen um kleine Kinder machen muss und auch wirklich seine Ruhe hat. Gegenüber gibt es ein super Restaurant, mit einer guten Küchen und einer sehr freundlichen Besitzer. Das einzige was noch schön wäre, ist ein Backofen in der Küche. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder hingehen.

Die Unterkunft war für unseren Urlaub mit der Familie perfekt. In dem großen Garten ist man komplett für sich und ungestört. Das Steinhaus ist wunderschön und der Pool ist der Hammer. Sehr viele Restaurants in naher Umgebung.

So much more modern comfort than expected

We visited this area for a friends wedding and decided to make it a family vacation by spending some more days. With this house we could have easily made it a week or longer. The property is well maintained with a modern kitchen and enough clean pots pans to cook a lunch or dinner. There is lots to do for families and if not in the mood for any of the activities in the area, a day at your own pool is wonderful. We loved pickkng cherries from the tree and playing table-tennis. Thanks owners!

the nicely decorated house was very cleans, the hosts welcomed us very friendly to Hand over the keys, everything stated in the description - if not much more - was in place, the Lady from the agency brought us a baby-bed. starting from cosy, clean Sheets and a lot of towels and kitchen towels over great garden-beds we enjoyed the garden and when it was hot outside the coolness of the house inside. the Supermarket was 5 minutes by car, the beach 10 minutes when no traffic, a good fish Restaurant with friendly staff is right next to it. We were lucky to spend a week there! Thank you hosts also for the tip for the fastest way to cross the boarder!

La maison est parfaite pour 6 personnes. Elle est remarquablement bien équipée et parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Le jardin est très soigné et les enfants ont adoré la piscine, le trampoline et la table de ping-pong. La maison est bien située pour visiter le nord de l’Istrie.
