The only comments I want to make is, they put me a 73 year old on the second floor. I have knee problems and could not take a shower as there were no grab bars and I feared falling. The toilet was so low I had a hard time using it. And there was no water the until about 5:30 in the morning. Over all my stay was not as expected.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, in fact, amazing! Even the housekeeper greeted us. I would suggest getting a room on the front side of the hotel as trains run all night and the tracks can be seen from rooms in the back of the hotel. The room walls are thin, our neighbors were not loud but conversations and the TV can be overheard. This may be due to the option of adjoining rooms. Needles is a small town but overall our stay was nice.

Quiet hotel, 18 min drive to casino/mall/movie theater. Staff was very friendly and helpful in navigating the region and time zones as you crossed from one state to another.

This was a good, basic hotel. It’s right by the freeway so convenient. The staff was very nice. The room was very quiet, which was great considering the location. Nothing really bad, but nothing special. Recommend as a place to stop if you are rolling through needles. No amenities close by so probably not an extended stay.
