The staff that checked us in very nice. The room needed more towels, and a little bit of an upgrade. The Hotel seems old and needed deep cleaning. The view of the river was nice. The pool was in repair status so we couldn’t use it.

The hotel room was very dirty, the sheets on the beds were stain. We had to cut our vacation short, didn't want my kids exposed to an infection. No pride shown at this hotel. I will never come back. When came time to check out at 11... nobody was at the front desk, we waited 2 hours for someone to show up, but nobody ever did. Not cool wasting people's time like that.

I would not recommend this place ever. They had the lobby closed for hours. When they finally did open it took over 2 hours to check in. That was after I was told they didn’t have the room I already paid for wasn’t available. This place was a joke. Lady in lobby very unprofessional and rude. Didn’t seem to know what was going on.

As long as you have good expectations this is a great place. It’s not a resort so be realistic. Rooms were clean, bigger than expected, and a great view from the balcony. The breakfast is not really a breakfast but most places in the area don’t even offer it. I recommend bringing a pillow. We went and bought some cheap ones at Walmart. But for the price it was wonderful and I will definitely keep this one in my pocket for any future use. No complaints it was great for the price.
