With one bedroom downstairs equipped with 2 queen beds, it has a TV with firestick and a private ensuite bathroom with two vanities. We also have our downstairs guest bathroom for your quick touch ups. Upstairs second bedroom, has a spacious king bed which has access to the riverview balcony, has a fireplace decor, and a TV with firestick for your entertainment. It also goes through our pink bathroom that has 2 separate sinks/vanities, jet tub, and a separate stand-up shower which connects to the third bedroom. Upstairs third bedroom has a sturdy bunk room and has two full beds, two twins and a TV with firestick. A delightful nook designed for shared laughter, stories, and a good night's sleep. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a comfortable king bed and has an adjustable bed frame so each side can adjust separately according to your preference. It has an ensuite/jack-n-jill bathroom (red and white) connecting to the fifth bedroom which has a toilet and a stand-up shower. Upstairs fifth bedroom, on the other hand, has a king bed with a twin trundle- a perfect blend of comfort and practicality. We also have a half bath upstairs, perfectly situated for quick visits, providing a stylish spot for a brief retreat. You got everything need in our lovely home. Please keep a watchful eye on your pets, ensuring they don't venture onto the patio deck or furniture. If nature calls, guide them to the gravel area, and in case of accidents, a quick rinse and a spritz of vinegar or pet spray, conveniently located in the laundry room, will keep everything fresh for future guests. Your stay here is not just accommodation; it's a sensory journey through beautiful spaces and riverside bliss!

As we are a riverfront home, please be aware that you may experience critters of all kinds! Be sure not to leave any food out, inside or outside, and be sure to keep the trash can lids closed. You may also notice small flying bugs called Caddisflies, which are common along the river. While they can be a nuisance, they are harmless and part of the natural environment. These short-lived bugs are most active at dawn and dusk and may occasionally enter through open windows or doors. To help, we provide citronella candles on each balcony for your comfort, so we expect you still have a wonderful time enjoying the balconies and river views!

Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, which is sent in advance via email.
A $300.00 security deposit is required against any potential damage or loss of items.
Long-term stays are welcome!
Guest communication is always available 8am-9pm but may not be available overnight.

☆☆ PET POLICY ☆☆

Your four-legged, furry friends are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. We charge a small additional fee for pets ($100 per stay, per pet). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning. Undisclosed pets are charged $250.

We have a vast private boat dock and direct riverfront beach access. Park your boat and jet skis, though the river depth at the dock may vary. Unlock the gates to three water access points, providing exclusive entry with codes provided upon check-in.

Boat/trailer parking is okay in driveway, but it may not be long enough to keep the truck attached to the trailer. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes, or in the empty lot located diagonal and across the street as it is owned by a neighbor, and she's specifically requested we pass on the message that the lot isn't for parking.

Please don't mind our dust in the garage! There is a hole in the ceiling due to a water leak we had in there from the rain. The leak has been resolved, but we're still waiting on insurance to finalize the ceiling repair. Wanted to give you a heads up, but in no way should it affect your stay as-- it's only in the garage!
