In the first Floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large master bedroom with directly subsequent bathroom has a box spring bed 1,80 x 2,00 Mtr. The second and third bedrooms also.

All bedrooms are equipped with a walk-in closet.

Outside, you have a large and a small terrace with waterfront.

The approximately 100 m² garden is completely fenced.

The house is equipped with leather sofas and a glossy kitchen.
