We loved our stay at the Parkhouse! The owners are fantastic, and we enjoyed our ambles to and from town. Plus, we slept well and the breakfast options are outstanding! We would definitely stay again.

Shane and Sinead were very friendly! While we were only their guest for one night, they were very kind and gracious. I especially liked the fact that they smiled at everything.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had vegan and gluten free breakfast options which was very much appreciated. The rooms were spotless and love the room coffee machine. Highly recommend!

We weren't at the property long. We only stayed one night. Check in hours are very limited, so we felt the need to rush to get there. We left early the next morning and it was too early for breakfast. We were given a bag breakfast, which was a nice idea, but the contents were awful. There was an apple, a pre packaged granola bar and a pre packaged pastry and a small water. The pastry was inedible. For a bed and breakfast, i would have expected a little more. Maybe a homemade muffin, or at least one from a bakery. Possibly some bread and cheese. The accomodations were fine. Location was not ideal to walk to anything.

Close the Bunratty castle. Sinead went above and beyond to help us when we had troubles at the local laundry facility. Delicious breakfast, beautiful room. We would definitely stay here again.

Visit to Bunratty
We chose the Parkhouse for our final night after a three week journey along the Wild Atlantic Way. The O’Briens have a lovely home and were incredibly considerate of the fact that all three of us must be gluten free. Beautiful room. Lovely location. Just down the street from Bunratty Castle which is a must see. Highly recommend this lovely B&B. Also a very quick ride to Shannon Airport.

Shane and Sinead were terrific hosts! Check-in was smooth, the room was top-shelf in quality. Bed was actually a king size, with nice bathroom amenities and privacy was respected. Shane cooks a mean Irish breakfast and Sinead is just a ray of sunshine to start the day in the Bunratty-Limerick-Ennis area. Would recommend to anyone for a pleasant, relaxing stay.

Wonderful Stay
Only stayed one night but would have stayed a week. Such lovely people, so gracious and accommodating. Shane is a chef by trade and breakfast was perfect. Allowed for many choices to suit your tastes. Right down the road from Bunratty Castle and a small retail/pub area. 15 minutes to Shannon Airport. Just perfect.
