We liked everything about this hotel. Out chekin process was fast and smooth. Personal is very friendly and helpful anytime we had a question or needed assistance. Hotel is in a great location , rooms are big and very clean. This hotel became our main choice every time we will be visiting Glendale and we visit Burbank at least twice a year. Highly recommend.

Had an excellent stay from beginning to end. Front desk was so friendly and polite. Got us into our rooms quickly. Room was clean and comfortable for a family of 5. The pool was heated so our kids were excited to be able to swim in the middle of November. Only 15min. to Universal. Plenty of eating options nearby.

You said you were cleaning the room every other day. But firs 3 days no one came. I was asked to put the trash out of the room by your staff. I did. Then I had to ask for trash bins for 2 days. We were staying 2 people in the room. For 3 days you gave only 2 servings of regular coffee and 2 servings of decaff coffee! I asked for it. Did not come. I had to go down to the reception area. You put me in a begging cituation. Thank you. Facility is nice and clean but service is not that great. Also you don't give out slippers. Then let people know that they have to bring their own slippers! That was really bad.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Close to Burbank airport. Rooms have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The free breakfast is quite good and the amenities are very fun.

There was an open used razor in the shower and the staff gave me 5,000 points after paying almost $400 for the night. I wasn’t asking for my money back, I was asking to at least give me what I had paid for and I have yet to hear back from a manager and I keep getting the same run around answer. The fact that they over booked me, which now i believe was to get the reservation and for the hotel to later use the “we are acccomedating you by putting you in a bigger room and a higher floor” is just a bunch of bs and then get to my room which is for handicap guest which I feel nothing is wrong but using the whole “bigger room” okay and then the razor in the shower; my 8 year old daughter was with me; just to add. And the wood paneling under the sink was falling; I took pictures to show proof. And again, I have been very patient and like I said I wasn’t asking for any money back just to give us another stay, one which we can enjoy and nothing.

The property was nice and the room spacious. However on put first night we pulled back the sheets to find three short black curly hairs in the bed - not pleasant at all and very concerning regarding whether the sheets were changed between customers? . When we informed the staff they did send someone up to change the sheets but unfortunately the damage had already been done .
