Long weekend get away
My first time in this area and I hope not our last. The house was as advertised and a perfect location. With the lake access this house would be absolutely perfect in the summer. The road access was a little challenging but manageable

Perfect getaway
Loved this charming cottage! The sunsets were the highlight of our trip and we used the dock and patio area a lot. Comfy bed, hot shower, games, proximity to town and wineries, what more could you ask?!? Thank you for this awesome weekend!

Beautiful spot right on the lake!
All in all, this was a great place to stay. The house was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Enjoyed having access directly to the lake for swimming or kayaking. (recommend flip flops or waterproof shoes if you are just wading) Parking was a little difficult but a minor issue. Other than that it was perfect!

Breathtaking
My husband and I had an incredible stay at this property with our 2 dogs. Monica's communication with us before, during, and after our stay was absolutely impeccable. What we loved most (other than the breathtaking sunset views!) was her thoughtfulness in providing accommodating amenities for us and for dogs. There were food/water bowls and extra waste bags provided for the dogs. They provided beach towels and 2 kayaks for the lake! The kitchen had cooking staples such as olive oil, spices, foil/parchment so that we didn't need to purchase our own & take up space in packing those for our trip. The updates they've done to the home were beautiful. We couldn't have enjoyed this trip more & the hosts made it incredibly easy to enjoy it and relax.

Great place but not parking friendly
Great place, very comfortable and great views of the lake. Parking is not fun though. If you have a full size SUV or truck, don’t not attempt to drive down and park at the cottage, especially if the neighbor is home. Plenty of parking up top though.

20th Anniversary Bliss!
Wonderful stay at this lake front property. Beautiful dock to enjoy the view, and can watch the boats go by with coffee on the upper two terraces as well. Excellent communication with host as well. Loved it!

Adorable, Immaculate Lake Cottage Retreat
Spotless property with gorgeous lake [sunset] views on multiple landings [via stairs] ending with the dock. As seniors, we were mindful of the stairs and lawn slope, but maneuvered with little difficulty. Thoughtful living designs & instructions via booklet & tags. Monica’s communications were clear & amiable. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The gravel driveway is steep but manageable: slow & easy.

Friends trip
Super cute, quaint cottage with beautiful views and great location. Hairpin turns were a little scary for me coming in but once I navigated those once, I had no problems. This cottage definitely keeps the feel of an original Finger Lakes cottage but has the current comforts of hot shower, functional kitchen, wifi, etc. We saw beavers, muskrats, rabbits and chipmunks galore. Spent our mornings sipping coffee on the deck. Would definitely book this location again and was close enough to get to the speedway and local tourist destinations quickly. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Great little cottage
Very clean cottage. Fantastic place for me and my two sisters to stay. View of the lake is breath taking especially the sunset. Owner was very accommodating by getting us another kayak. We enjoyed our time and would come back again..

Cozy Cabin
This cozy cabin was the perfect size for 2 people and it was neat and clean with a well-appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the chairs on the dock, a kayak to the base of Hector Falls, and a stellar sunset. It is a great location for visiting Watkins Glen, waterfalls and wineries. It was cool evenings during our stay so we enjoyed the electric fireplace which took the chill off the cabin. There was plenty of hot water however, we found that to get the hottest temps in the shower, you need to point the shower handle between the 3:00 and 5:00 positions contradictory to the "blue" cold water label. It took a couple times down the driveway get used to the 3-point turns needed to navigate the sharp turns. All in all, a great location and a pleasant stay.

Cute little cabin
The single-lane access road to the cabin has several sharp bends to get to and from the location, but once you are there, it's very relaxing. Not small, but just big enough. Very clean and everything works. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Monica was easily reachable for any questions.

The location of this house directly on Seneca Lake was perfect and the best part of this property! It was nice for a quick little getaway. Although the property was clean and neat, it could definitely use some updating to meet the standards of the neighborhood. The owners are sitting on a real, unpolished gem!

Great Getaway with quite a view
We enjoyed our stay so much and wish we could have stayed a little longer. Place was perfect for 2 and a doggie. The view of the lake was awesome. Nothing like waking up to that view. Located near Countless wineries, breweries and lots of things to do, including kayaking to see the Falls. We enjoyed that quite a bit. Highly recommended!

Great location, close to Watkins Glen and countless wineries. We enjoyed the sunset views and taking the kayaks out on the water. The cabin was smaller than we anticipated, but it was very clean.

Quiet, clean, beautiful. Lake dock was so, so nice. Close to some outstanding wine. Took a boat ride with Captain Fred just down the road. Best vacation of my life. Coming back next year.
