The builder of this apartment used very creative lighting. Halo lights in the living room and bedroom, a large illuminated mirror in the master bathroom, and Harry Potter style lights over the kitchen island, all making the space feel cozy.

The kitchen is a central focal point, featuring a long island that can be used for dining or as a workspace.

There are two full bathrooms: one located near the kitchen and the other is attached to the bedroom.

Heading directly north on the same street as The Modern Loft, leads you to various city conveniences, including the hospital, fuel stations, grocery stores, and the fairgrounds.

Peaceful Luxury Loft – A Hidden Gem Worth the Drive!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful loft, and once again, it exceeded expectations. The space is incredibly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the spacious layout—every room feels open and inviting. The kitchen is impressively organized and fully stocked with quality utensils, cookware, and dishes, making meal prep a breeze.The master bathroom is a standout feature—pure luxury! Though the loft is a bit outside of town, the peace and quiet (plus the quality of the stay) more than make up for it. Communication with management was prompt and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend this property—we’ll definitely be back again!

Charming in the country

Very clean and cozy apartment nestled amongst farmland. Decorated quite nicely with chic modern amenities. This was our second stay within three weeks. Highly recommend if you prefer a relaxing and quiet environment.
