Our charming upper unit duplex located in a quiet residential neighborhood. This spacious and comfortable unit features two cozy queen-sized beds, a air mattress, and a futon that can be used as a bed, providing comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to six guests. The bright and airy living room offers a comfortable seating area for relaxing and enjoying each other's company.

The unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for cooking meals at home. The dining area can seat up to six people comfortably, making it ideal for enjoying meals together as a group.

For your convenience, we provide high-speed internet access, a washer and dryer, two computer monitors, and two TVs with amazon prime and hulu subscriptions. Our upper unit duplex has a private entrance and is completely separate from the lower unit, offering privacy and seclusion for our guests. You will also have optional access to a single garage space or street parking and a small upper patio.
