When checking in, late at night and very tired, I was informed that my room was the last on the floor needing some work done, and that the workers might be knocking at my door between 8am and 6pm to do the work. Why didn’t they just put me in a different room?! Not okay. Also, it would be nice if, for the price of the room, there was a coffee maker in the room.

We booked the hotel because we’ve been there plenty of times and our main focus was to relax and go to the hot tub, but the cooling hot tub was closed when we went to check in they couldn’t find our reservation anywhere. We had to wait over 20 minutes before we got a room when I had confirmation that I booked a room.

Advertising their rate at XXX and somewhere in their fine print is a about double the rate in fees. It's okay to charge for items, but let the customer know. Don't spring more than double the advertised rate at checkout. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel. The hotel is dirty, the rooms are tiny and there's about 15-20 channels to watch on the tv. The photos are probably AI generated as the hotel, a former Radisson, needs a facelift and they need to stop charging more than double the advertised rates with hidden fees.

The hotel is beautiful. It has a coffee bar, pool, gym, an common spaces— all well kept and beautiful. The beds are smaller the expected but I would go back again.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Parking was easy. Location is excellent. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel is a major problem. My linens and towels were clean. But there is obvious filth and dirt covering the walls in the rooms, elevators and and hallways. The sink and bathroom have pink mold growing in certain areas. The renovation and cleanliness is very superficial. Also would benefit from a hook in the bathroom area for hanging towels.

Though the hotel appears recently refurbished, our room had had a shower that did not drain properly and a refrigerator that was loose and falling over in the cabinet. The television listed available ‘live’ channels but none displayed when selected. We found what appeared to be medical waste under the sofa, pet urine in the elevator and a stray pair of sneakers by a radiator in the hallway. The staff were cordial and diligent but the place seemed clearly understaffed.
