Walked from the bed barefoot and stepped into a wet shower and the water on the tub floor turned black. Carpet is filthy.

I paid for this trip through after pay and noticed my credit card was charged for the stay as well. How can this be corrected. I thought I my card was being held for incidentals as some do but not pay double for one night

Not all Motel 6's are bad but for this one, Don't go there unless you are led by God, there is definitely ministry there. But its not a place for families to rest for comfort and peace.

The carpeting was wet near the desk. It seemed dirty. I had to wear shoes. The rest of room was good. Slept well. When i told the check out clerk about the carpet, he didnt show concern.

A life changing stay
The host, Mike, is a wonderful person. His family is so friendly also. My wife and I broke down on our motorcycle vacation and were kind of stranded. Mike went above and beyond for us and made a bad situation very tolerable. We were able to rent a u-haul to get the motorcycle home and Mike gave us a ride to the U-haul dealer and stayed with us until he knew the rental was secured. We made a friend for life and will be going there every year as part of our vacation. The hospitality was better than any motel we have ever been in. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would give 100

For some reason, I booked it in Mount Pleasant Iowa it was supposed to be booked in Mount Pleasant Michigan, and it picked up a code out of my computer, which the location where I bought my computer was out of Iowa and I booked the room there so I was not charged and we ended up staying at a hotel in Mount
