Lovely quiet place and warm in these winter months. Enjoyed the heated floor in bathroom and the bed was so comfortable. Never slept so well in a motel. Staff had smiles and very accommodating of my requests. Highly recommend the place.

The only thing that let the property down was the fact that the bathroom hand towel was used and dirty also the bathroom sink was slow to drain. The staff member wasn't really equiped to deal with the hand towel complaint no apology just stated that it would go on the list or some such thing, that was disappointing. otherwise it was clean, cosy and quiet.

It is close to the airport and is clean and decent and with helpful ,friendly check in However when we arrived for one night 10 days earlier the room was cold and the heat pump had a hard job to make up . The heat pump is also very slow to respond and the control was different to that on the handout so we farted around a lot before getting satisfaction

Basic airport motel. Check in was quick and easy. The lady ordered me a taxi for the morning as we were leaving earlier than the shuttle. The room was clean and roomy.

as we were arriving at 1.30am the key was left in the key box with full instruction. The number for the key box was Emailed to us the day prior to arrival. on arrival the light was left on in the room to make it easy for us to access the room, very kind thought. we spoke with the lady in reception in the morning she was very helpful with direction for were we wanted to go.

The property is a little ways from any eating establishments but served our purpose as a relatively inexpensive place to stay before departing Christchurch airport early the next day. The shuttle was unavailable to us as our flight was leaving the airport at 6:15 AM. They did provide the number of a local cab company which worked well.
