The space
Newly renovated 1920’s farmhouse full of charm and personality. 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master Bedroom has a King bed with on-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has 1 Bunkbed with Twin beds and 1 Single twin bed. Third bedroom has 1 full size pull-out sofa. This room doubles as a second entertainment space with a 2nd tv. Plus a bonus sunroom porch with a twin daybed. Comfortably accommodates 6 - 7 guests.

Situated only 5 minutes from the local grocery, 8 minutes to Burnsvilles town square where you’ll find historic buildings, quaint boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops & more. 45 mins to Asheville and 30 mins to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
