We stayed one night while buying property in the area. Was welcomed at the door, was helped with our luggage & was show to our room. Room and bathroom were spotless! We stayed in the Patricia room. After going to dinner sat on the back covered porch by a fire. Then headed upstairs to have a nice bath in the claw foot tub. Slept well and had a nice breakfast in the morning. Would definitely love to come back and visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay with Su and Mike! The B&B was spotlessly clean, with a comfy bed, accommodating hosts, a lovely breakfast, and close to a cute downtown. We would definitely stay there again!

The house was comfortable clean and the owners were friendly and made sure you had everything you needed. It’s unfortunate that the town of Burnsville has little to offer except it’s 30 min to Ashville.

A lovely,quaint B&B meticulously maintained in a charming bucolic setting. The breakfast is always wonderful and the hosts are delightful people. We went there for our honeymoon and we will continue to go back.

Very quiet, clean and peaceful. Burnsville is a great location to launch to Asheville destinations, Little Switzerland, Blue Ridge Parkway, Hot Springs, Boone, Weaverville, Linville, etc. Its an oasis really, a small town with great little shops, great restaurants, and great daytrips. A stay at this B&B is perfect place to relax after darting off on any local adventure. Great breakfast with a very personal touch. I was even served tea in a real teapot with all the "fixins". The only other place that offered that kevel of detail in my experience was The Martha Washington in Abingdon. This little B&B does it right. Thank you fir a wonderful stay!
