This peaceful setting comes with some lovely sea views and is just a few minutes’ walk from two beautiful sandy beaches, the harbour, a golf club, a train station and great local amenities.
As soon as you enter this fantastic apartment you will be impressed by the love and attention the owners have taken in ensuring their guests will feel right at home. Beautifully decorated throughout with inspiring local arts and crafts, you will instantly feel relaxed and start to enjoy your stay. This property has been finished a very good standard and exudes lots of style. The hallway has plenty of room to store coats, shoes or wellies after walking along the beach. The master room is bright and spacious with a gorgeous bay window offering views to the sea and harbour. The fantastic open-plan living space has a double sofa bed, if needed, together with a large Smart TV and an electric wood burner which you can snuggle up in front of after a day out discovering the stunning Fife coastline. French doors lead out to a lovely large enclosed patio area, a great sun trap where you can sit outside on long summer evenings with a glass of wine. This then leads up a few steps to a larger lawned garden area which is shared with the neighbours upstairs and which enjoys further sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dining area ideal for enjoying a romantic meal or for celebrating any special occasion. The second bedroom has a comfortable day bed, an additional single pull-out bed and French doors leading directly out to the enclosed patio with seating area. The modern shower room has bluetooth so you can listen to music whilst in the shower.
Kinghorn is part of the stunning Fife Coastal Path with some of the most picturesque fishing villages dotted along the coastline. Head to the centre of this charming seaside village with two beautiful sandy bays, Kinghorn Harbour beach and Pettycur Bay. There are plenty of local amenities including a golf club, a leisure centre with swimming pool, shops, restaurants and pubs. It is also only a short walk to the train station where there are frequent trains to Edinburgh and St Andrews.
This is a great area to enjoy walking, cycling, and fishing and Seabreeze is situated right alongside the Fife Coastal Path. Just north of the town, Kinghorn Loch attracts water sports enthusiasts who enjoy sailing, canoeing, and open-water swimming. Outlander fans can visit many film locations within easy reach including Culross, Falkland and Aberdour, Doune and Midhope Castles. Train station is only a few minutes walk and has direct links to Edinburgh (45 minute journey) and St. Andrews. Beach 1 mile. Electric car charging point only a few minutes walk.

Peaceful beautiful space
The property and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. It was an easy walk to take the train to Edinburgh. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the location to anyone wanting to explore Scotland but who doesn’t want to stay in a busy city.
