Awful Hotel
The room was terribly dirty and the receptionist provided few more other rooms to check but all of them were terribly dirty as well. So we requested them to cancel our reservation and they confirmed that they will cancel it after our request. However now hotel owner mentioned that they will not give our money back instead of shame and apologising!

The location was excellent. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful and staff very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in room 302 and although some minor maintenance needs to be done it was a great stay and excellent value. Would happily stay again.

Poor breakfast and have to ask for room cleaning
Breakfast is like in prison. It is made using cheapest groceries. French fries is cold and uneatable. You need to ask for room cleaning and changing sheets an towels. Location is perfect but everything else is terrible 😔

We really enjoyed our stay at Bursa Family, the price was very affordable and the location was perfect, located right in the historic center next to the Grans Baazar and all of the tourist attractions. I will be coming back soon

EXCELLENT VALUE and LOCATION
Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, excellent value for money , nice neat buffet system breakfast, beautiful wooden furniture in the rooms. Location is best , is near everything , right in front of the grand bazar and few mins walk to Osamn Gazi Tomb amazing stay and just outside the hotel is the taxi stand , so easy transport too , they also allowed me to keep my luggage in reception both times when I came earlier than check in time and when I had to go shopping after check out time and helped with luggage too, I loved my stay at Bursa, kind people , thank you so much for everything!!!

Sauberkeit schlecht; wir (meine Frau und meine 3 Töchter {eines davon 5 Monate alt}) checkten am Abend es 27.06 im Hotel ein und gingen Schlafen. Beim Check In war die Unterkunft sauber. Nach unserer ersten Nacht vom 27.06 auf den 28.06.24 befanden wir uns nachdem Frühstück (ca ab 10Uhr) die ganze Zeit außerhalb des Hotels und besuchten die Sehenswürdigkeiten Bursa's. Nach unserer Wiederkehr am Abend, freuten wir uns drauf schlafen zu gehen. Wir öffneten das Hotelzimmer und es sah alles aus wie vorher. Weder die Bettwäsche wurde getauscht, noch wurde der Müll mitgenommen, auch frische Hand und Badetücher lagen nicht vor. Nicht Mal Toilettenpapier. Absolutes no go für ein Hotel. Bei AIRBnB hätte ich es verstanden. Ich ging zur Rezeption und erfragte den Grund die Antwort, ich zitiere "wir reinigen die Hotelzimmer nur auf Zuruf"..ich fragte vestutzt; "hätten sie das nicht beim CheckIn erwähnen können?" Es erfolgte keine Antwort. Lediglich eine dürftige Entschuldigung. An dieser Stelle BEDANKE ich mich bei FRAU DENIZ von der Rezeption die nachdem Schichtwechsel(absolut unhöfliche Dame)versucht hat die Kuh vom Eis zu kriegen.. das restliche Personal, mega unhöflich und gehören nicht in diesen Sektor. Mobiliar im Zimmer stark verkratzt und abgenutzt. Gardine hing zum Drittel runter. Ein Nadel(!) vermutlich von der Gardine abgefallen(?),lag auf dem boden. Bei der Fernbedienung fehlte die Kappe für die Batterie. Halbtote Nactleuchte..etc. Bis auf das Bad eine Katastrophe. Essen ok..

Bursa proche Ulucamii
Hotel tres bien situé, juste une route à traverser pour acceder à la mosquée Ulucamii (raison principale de notre choix). A quelques minutes de Koza Han et des différents marchés couverts, beaucoup de choix de restaurants à proximité et supérettes. Vous pourrez visiter beaucoup de monuments à pied depuis l'hôtel, station de tramway juste dans la rue principale devant l'hôtel + taxi aussi. En revanche, hôtel à renover, mobilier vieillot qui aurait besoin d'un réel rafraîchissement. Problème d'isolation, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la salle de bains de la chambre voisine. Problème de propreté, le menage n'a été fait qu'au bout du 3eme jour et sur notre demande (sur un sejour de 4 jours pour 2 chambres), mini bar qui ne refroidit pas et intérieur pas nettoyé avec moisissures. Vu la propreté des chambres, nous n'avons même pas voulu aller voir l'état du spa... Le petit dejeuner est varié mais pas bon dans l'ensemble, beaucoup de fritures en tout genre. Le personnel n'est pas très présent, pas de rendu de monnaie comme promis lors du règlement en espèces lors de notre arrivée. Nous avons ete réveillé la dernière nuit par un groupe de jeunes à 2h du matin dans les chambres voisines, pas d'intervention malgré nos remontées à la réception. Je déconseille cet hotel qui semble correct au vue des photos de la réception, mais les chambres ne reflètent pas la réalité (d'autres hôtels dans le meme quartier...).
