İdare eder
Odalarda halı döşemesi var insan odanın temiz olduğuna asla ikna olmuyor o yüzden. Kaldığımız odanın camlarını açarken bile tedirgin olduk çünkü çevrede temizlik yok. Klima çalışıyordu dolap soğutmuyor. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Nevresimlerde kıl vardı odalar temiz değil. Otelin çevresinde burfaş diye bir sosyal tesis ve cafe var eğer oteli tercih ederseniz çevrede uygun fiyatlı güzel hizmet veren belediyenin yeri. Sadece gece konaklamak isteyen ve temizlik takıntısı olmayanların kalabileceği bir yer olabilir. Otopark sıkıntısı da yaşanıyor. Zaten şehrin genelinde bu sıkıntı mevcut. Otelin kendi otoparkı yok otelin önünde sadece iki arabalık yer var şansınız varsa oraya da girebilirsiniz.

ich möchte Ihnen hiermit mein Feedback zu meinem jüngsten Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel mitteilen. Leider war meine Erfahrung mit einigen Aspekten des Aufenthalts nicht zufriedenstellend: 1. Parkplatzsituation: Mir wurde im Online-Chat versichert, dass bei Ankunft ein Parkplatz für uns bereitstehen würde. Bei unserer Ankunft war dies jedoch nicht der Fall. Wir mussten auf der Fahrbahn anhalten, wurden angehupt und suchten schließlich selbst nach einem Parkplatz. 2. Service beim Gepäck: Uns wurde keinerlei Hilfe beim Transport des Gepäcks angeboten. Stattdessen waren die Mitarbeiter offensichtlich mit ihren Handys beschäftigt. Wir mussten unser gesamtes Gepäck selbst bis ins Zimmer tragen. 3. Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen: Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Toiletten verschmutzt und offensichtlich nicht gereinigt. 4. Frühstücksbuffet: Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen und wirkte sehr billig. Auch der Fahrstuhl hinterließ denselben Eindruck. 5. Lärmbelästigung: Im Zimmer waren ständig die Türen der Nachbarzimmer zu hören, als ob jemand versuchen würde, in unser Zimmer zu gelangen. Dies war sehr störend. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch die Sauberkeit und den Komfort der Betten im Zimmer sowie die gründliche Arbeit des Zimmerservices. Ein großes Lob an das Reinigungspersonal für die ausgezeichnete Arbeit! Ich hoffe, dass Sie diese Kritikpunkte berücksichtigen und Maßnahmen ergreifen, um die genannten Probleme zu beheben.

A localização e qualidade do custo benefício é ótimo. Mas não tem estacionamento conforme anunciado. O carro fica na rua movimentada e o hotel se prontifica a pagar as notificações dos fiscais de transito que cobram o estacionamento na rua. Espero que o hotel cumpra sua responsabilidade de pagar o estacionamento da rua
