Everything was great, can’t fault the staff and the service, can’t fault the hotel as it’s beautiful, the only problem i had was i was staying in room 65 and the hallway door woke me up numerous times throughout my stay with people coming and going which made it difficult to sleep well. With this being said, i will definitely be returning on my next visit but hope i get a quieter room next time

Very good parking area. Receptionist at check in and check out were excellent and professional and friendly. Room was extremely small. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom would have been better with a shelf inside. Disappointed at breakfast after having stayed previously which had been excellent. Bar prices seem to have doubled in 6 months

Really dissapointed with our stay. I know people say it’s only a bed for the night, u don’t spend much time in the room but we were really disappointed. We checked in early evening but was very slow check in barely any staff. Very dirty, very basic and dated and room wasn’t clean. Dirty floors, bins hadn’t been emptied, uncomfortable beds and cold damp room. Certainly wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again. Swimming pool was lovely, I can’t believe how the hotel can be so dated and dirty when the pool was totally different

This hotel is really dated and needs a deep clean. Very disappointed in the room - glad we had only 12 hours there. Bathroom grubby with layers of dust/ dirt. Found rubbish and underwear under the single bed - which was reported to reception and dealt with. No apology given however. We definitely expected a better experience. The bar area wasn’t clean, sticky table and sofas. . We won’t stay here again . The room was worth half of what we paid. We had an early start and reception was closed, so unable to speak to anyone about our stay.
