I had an overall great experience at this guesthouse. Due to an issue with my flight, I arrived a day late so I contacted the guesthouse through message on Expedia and Michelle responded within a day. There were no issues at check-in. Self check-out was simple; leave the key card in a box on the front desk. The only thing that irked me a bit was the toilet seat cover... It was plastic and kept popping out of shape whenever I took a seat. Advice: Take the subway from the airport and alight at Choryang Station; Exit 2. I took the airport limousine bus and it dropped me off at Busan station on the opposite side of the street from the guesthouse. I got lost but managed to find my way with KakaoMap app.

Within 5 mins walk from Busan Station
Location was great- within 5 mins of Busan Station. Staff was helpful and would take time to go through amenities in the guesthouse. Maps were provided in the hotel lobby to help you along. Room was of a decent size of good cleanliness but with a little hint of maintainence oversight with dried paint spots on the floor and minor stains on the wall. TV was great with over 300 or so channels. Breakfast consisted of cereals, bread, eggs, ham and a variety of juices- same for the 2 days we were there but we don't ask for more at this price. Overall this was a great stay and we would stay here again if we visit Busan again.

1st time explore staying in guesthouse
I was impressed the whole place is very clean, well organised and friendly staff. Our only problem is the spring inside the bed is spoiled and makes my sleep very difficult. Its sunk in. We informed the reception next day and they did try offering us to change our room but unfortunately we only book for 1 night stay. Overall recomended

It is nice and comfy. The guesthouse is in the middle of 2 different subway stations exits. Very convenient.

Not Super Impressed With Our Experience
Spent two nights at this guesthouse and I have a few things to say about it: for the most part, the rooms were clean & decently outfitted - tiny bathroom/towels, as expected in Korea. The beds were comfy & clean. You can DEFINITELY hear what's going on in the room next to you - conversations and snoring! Also, I wouldn't choose to stay here based on the free breakfast, as it's a basket full of eggs, a frying pan, some toast, & some ham (during our stay anyway). The location is fantastic! That's where the good stuff ends. We had serious difficulties charging our phones. We both have adapters purchased in Asia (one in Korea, one in Japan) and neither of them worked in our room consistently in our room. This is probably b/c converters are kind of large & there was only one plug-in situated beside the head of one bed... the others were full or even higher. Staff can rent you one for 5000₩ but only if it's convenient for them based on your check out time. Then our water stopped working. I went down to check & the staff said a pipe burst and that "it would start work at 6am." Great. That was basically when we needed to leave & had I not checked, we would have woke up assuming that our toilet would still work. No apologies for that, apparently. Of course, they did helpfully work all night on it which resulted in the sound of running water for somewhere in the region of 4 hours straight through the night! It's annoying b/c this could have been a decent place to stay.

Nice hotel near to Busan station
Went to Busan after our stay in K-guesthouse Dongdaemun 1 in Seoul. By looking at the name, we believe that the guesthouses are under the same group. After some unpleasant experience in Seoul, we were worried about this guesthouse too. However, everything turned out great. Friendly staff with good explanation (along with notes given in multi language) and nice room with all the necessities.

Very good and clean! Great security
It’s extremely clean and there is great security. To acces the hallway at night even, you need a security code and the room is so clean, there’s Kerastys Shampoo and Body Foam, the bed is good, big TV and wifi. Had an awesome one night in Busan. Thanks! Love from Singapore.

The location is really great as its under 10mins walk from the BUSAN KTX Station and Busan Metro Station. Close proximity to the famous pork soup, as well as McDonald's and convenience stores.

Convenient but small rooms
Cheap and close to Busan station. Staff is friendly and there's a nice cozy breakfast corner. But rooms are super tiny, especially the bathroom. There's no shower area at all. You've to shower in front of the basin area. Also, the towels provided are very small. Blinds are not fully dark when the light shines in. But WiFi in each room is great.

A Guesthouse worth check it out!
I love this guesthouse very much as the room is very clean, spacious and cheap. As there was a vacant room, the.staff in the front desk let me check in early and save me the trouble to go back.to the guesthouse again. The room was exactly the same as the photos show. Thank you Hotel.com for listing K Guesthouse busan in your website. I will definitely book this hotel again when i visit Busan.

Clean and comfortable, convention guesthouse
place is convenient and easily accessible from choryang station or busan station. From busan KTX station, turn left and keep walking straight for about two blocks and then you turn right and then left. There is a convenience store right opposite the guesthouse. It may not be very prominent at the start. From choryang station, it is exit 2 and then turn left and walk straight pass dunkin doughnuts till you see the hana bank that is opposite the road, turn left and then left. Guesthouse is clean and they have a small pantry for you to get your water and a computer terminal. Wi fi is strong. The room is small but adequate for a comfortable night sleep. Room is not clean until you check out. It is not an issue for you if you do not mind an unmade bed.
