해운대와 광안대교가 펼쳐진 멋진 뷰를 가졌습니다. 3대가 함께한 가족여행이었는데 공간이 넓고 방3개와 화장실3개로 구성되어서 서로 불변함없이 잘 이용했습니다. 다음 가족여행도 이곳으로 오고싶네요~^^

엘시티 레지던스 와이컬렉션
레지던스이나 식기세척시 사용 불허. 구두칼, 커피, 차 셋트 비치 등 기본적인 편의 미제공해서 불편했어요. 프리미엄 입지의뷰를 위한 숙소로 높은 가격이 책정된 호텔인데 창문 외벽 청소가 잘 안되는 것 같네요. 직원들 응대는 친절하고 빠른 편이었습니다.

엘씨티 처음 가시는 분들은 체크인하는 과정이 너무 불편할 것 같습니다. 우선 같은 단지의 호텔, 레지던스, 아파트의 주차장 출입구가 각각 다릅니다. 네비게이션 지도에도 구분되어 있지 않고 사전에 엘시티 레지던스 주차장 입구를 반드시 확인하셔야하며 주차 후에도 체크인은 B4 층의 엘리베이트 입구 좁은 공간에 에 조그마하게 간이로 만들어 놓아 매우 혼잡합니다. 체크인 후 숙소로 가는 동선도 한차례 엘리베이터를 갈아타야 해서 아이들이나 어르신들이 혼자 오르락내리락 하기는 좀 불편합니다. 넓은 50평대 아파트 구조라 그런지 화장실 청소상태가 그리 만족스럽지 못하고 어메니티 없습니다. 생활형 숙박시설의 특성상 특급 호텔 수준의 관리를 기대하시면 안됩니다. 꼭 가족 전체가 한 숙박시설에 숙박해야 하는 것 아니면 비추합니다.

전체적으로 뷰가 좋고 편안하고 쾌적하며 깔끔했어요 직원분들은 매우 친철하셨구요 12월인데 너무 따뜻해서 더울 정도였어요 침구와 베개는 노인분들께 만족도가 매우 높았습니다. 배달된 조식 샌드위치와 샐러드는 생각보다 양이 많고 맛있었습니다 다만 식기 세척기가 사용 불가라서 불편했습니다 설거지용 일회용 수세미가 너무 별로였어요 고령의 노인들께 꼭 필요한 구두주걱도 비치되었으면 좋겠어요

와이컬렉션은 레지던스건물 주차장 지하4층에서 체크인 할수있습니다. 체크인하는곳을 몰라서 좀 헤매다 전화하고 찾았는데 전화상담원분, 체크인 직원분들, 안내해주시는분들 모두 친절하셨습니다! 숙소 위치도 좋고, 깔끔하고 넓어서 가족여행으로 추천합니다. 또 LCT 레지던스 중에서도 와이컬렉션 추천합니다.
