The refund for the hotel deposit was not very smooth. The deposit was taken with any issue but was told by the counter staff that the deposit cannot be returned and it has to be made via the credit card company which takes 1 week

Would stay again.
Service was excellent. Room was well appointed, clean, high ceilings. Location was great right next to the beach. Gym was large for a hotel gym with plenty of equipment. Very reasonably priced considering the level of service and quality of room.

When we checked in, the fridge was not working at all. I had to have a fridge working since I have a medicine to be in the refrigerator. We ended up to change the rooms 3 times. They should’ve given us an upgrade room since it was their fault but they didn’t until we complained. Horrible experience ever!! We will NOT visit this hotel ever again.

The service was great and hotel spectacular. I had a small issue inside the room and the management quickly resolved it and further made my stay extra special. Food buffet for breakfast and dinner was fantastic and the location was wonderful.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and excellent value. The pools and gym were superb and access to the beach was great. The only thing to improve on is checkin was cumbersome, did not like luggage being grabbed and told to sit down. Took too long. Also staff should be more acquainted with area restaurants. Many hotels give a list of recommendations, which is helpful. They insisted everything was closed ( it was 9 pm) and everything was open, they just didn’t seem to know where to tell us to go.

For the money spent the property should have had unlimited access to infinity pool, as well as not having to pay to use the Sauna. Overall great hotel just too many rules and additional charges for the price. I stayed in the Premier Ocean View Suite.
