Bunker Bayhouse—Your Resort Escape by the Beach

Set in a front-row position just metres from the beach, Bunker Bayhouse is designed for both relaxation and adventure. A private boardwalk leads you straight to the sand, while the Cape to Cape walking trails, whale-watching spots, and stunning coastal landscapes are all within easy reach.

As part of the Pullman Bunker Bay Resort, guests have access to a range of premium facilities. Take a refreshing dip in the heated infinity pool, work out in the fully equipped gym, or challenge friends and family to a game on the tennis courts—tennis racquets are provided for your use. After a morning at the beach, head to Bunkers Beach House Café, located within the resort, where you can enjoy breakfast, coffee, or a leisurely lunch with uninterrupted ocean views.

Inside, the home is styled like a boutique retreat, with air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms that offer privacy and comfort. Each room opens onto a private courtyard, creating a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The large living area is bathed in natural light, with soaring ceilings and glass doors that open onto a spacious verandah and timber deck, where you can relax while overlooking the conservation wetland. Expect visits from blue wrens, ducklings, and even the occasional kangaroo.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a Nespresso pod machine for morning coffee, and a large dining table for shared meals. A wood fire adds warmth during the cooler months, making this home an inviting getaway year-round.

The sleeping arrangements cater to extended families or multiple couples, with three king bedrooms (each with an ensuite) and a flexible fourth bedroom with four singles. A full laundry is available and a secure double garage and driveway provide parking for four cars.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $280. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
