During winter months, a small amount of firewood is provided for the fireplace, with additional firewood available for purchase at local service stations and hardware stores.

Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-end European Miele appliances and an oversized island—ideal for a casual breakfast. Gather around the wooden table for eight, sharing meals while soaking in views of lush greenery. Catch up on emails or plan your days in the hidden computer nook behind the kitchen.

Step outside to take in breathtaking views stretching across the lush lawn to nearby paddocks, a freshwater dam, and endless open skies. The expansive deck features a dining table for eight and a BBQ, setting the scene for leisurely feasts. As night falls, sip a glass of local wine at the concrete table, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Run, play, and explore the vast green lawns, ideal for a friendly game of cricket or footy with your group.

Drift into a restful sleep in four bedrooms, designed for relaxation and privacy. Recharge in the primary suite, boasting a queen-sized bed, walk-in robe, and an ensuite with a double vanity and shower—perfect for a peaceful morning routine. Two other bedrooms invite you to rest on double beds, while another provides a set of two singles—ideal for friends or family. Indulge in a soothing soak in the bathtub or refresh under the shower in the additional bathroom. Keep things effortless with a washer and dryer, ensuring you stay prepared for every adventure.

Enjoy a selection of books and board games, or challenge your group to a game of table tennis or darts for hours of fun. Your comfort is assured with ducted air conditioning throughout. Free on-site parking is available.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $261. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
