The serene bedrooms exude comfort with the primary suite featuring a plush king bed and a luxurious ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub perfectly positioned to overlook the valley. The separate adults’ quarters offer privacy with a queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette, and its own entertainment system, ideal for couples or extended family. The third bedroom sleeps four with two single beds and two trundles. The main bathroom is designed with style and function in mind, complete with a walk-in shower, sleek vanity, and a separate bathtub.
Additional comforts include ducted air conditioning throughout and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
A small amount of firewood and firelighters are provided during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Please note that Telstra and internet reception can be intermittent due to the rural location of this property.
If you are bringing a pet, it is important to note that your pet cannot be left unattended at the property as a requirement of the local council.
Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $277. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
