Hotel is layed out great with pool and atrium area, but rooms are outdated and the whole place wasnt very clean and worn. Lights weren’t even on in pool area.

Inside was great. Outside not so much.
Other than a couple of kids running wild all over the hotel, it was awesome. This wasn’t an issue with the hotel but rather a lack of parenting. The outside didn’t look great but the newly remodeled inside was awesome.

Checked into our room and it wasn’t clean. Trash was full, bed was unmade, dirty towels on the ground, and food crumbs all over. I asked for a refund immediately and the lady at the front desk was very nice and provided that for me. We then went to another hotel not far away.

The place is big but is in need of a renovation.
We were there for 3 nights on the last night the A/C had a problem. On the 2nd night (a Friday) the front desk told us that the restaurant would be open until 10 PM but was closed at 9:30 PM (maybe earailer) so we had to send out for food.
