Our 3 star DTV certified apartment with 50 m² living space is located on the upper floor of our half-timbered house. An outside staircase leads to the separate entrance. The Whg. Is built with exposed beams, timber framing and light wood paneled interior walls. Pleasant warmth awaits you through underfloor heating in all rooms. The floor is made of vinyl planking.
The approx. 30 m² living space is comfortably furnished with a generous cozy sitting area (3 seater, 2 seater sofa, armchair with footstool, 2 tables). Cushions and blankets increase comfort. A large flat screen (satellite TV and radio) a DVD player, a small selection of books and games for children are part of the decor. The apartment is embellished by tasteful and color-coordinated accessories, decorations, curtains, carpets and pictures.
On the opposite side of the room, a new fully equipped modern kitchen unit is integrated with: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob (4 cooktops) and extractor hood. In addition, there are: filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand mixer and a rich assortment of dishes, cutlery, pots, various cooking utensils and kitchen helpers, dish towels, cleaning and washing up liquid.
Next to the kitchen is a nice dining area in front of the balcony window with an extendable table and 4 chairs.
The 3-seater sofa in the sitting area can be converted into a single or double bed. It is a comfortable sleeping place for the children with a lying area of 80/160 x 200 cm.
Adjacent to the living room is the sunken in the roof spacious south balcony. It is furnished with 4 chairs, 1 table and umbrella. Next to it is a small storage room for the garden furniture and the like.
A small hallway leads you from the living room to the bedroom, which has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), two side tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a chair and there is room for the cot. Storage space for your clothes is sufficiently available, the beds are of course covered.
On the other side of the corridor you enter the bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and bath with shower. To shower, you can pull a fixed partition around the tub. Enough towels, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, facial tissues and hand and shower soaps are part of the service. A skylight window provides fresh air.
Next to the front door is a small wardrobe with shoe cupboard and storage space for luggage. There are also vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket and mop. On request you can use our washing machine for a fee. A clothes drying rack and iron and ironing board are available.
A brochure with information about the apartment and the surrounding area as well as the most important brochures, flyers, hiking and cycling maps, timetables and excursion ideas are ready for you. In the garden shed your bikes are well accommodated. You are also welcome to use our garden.
Our house in Buxtehude-Hedendorf was built in 1980 with a lot of timber in half-timbered construction. It is a detached house with a separate apartment, this is used as a holiday apartment. It is 50 m² and is located on the upper floor with private entrance via an outside staircase. The apartment has a large living room with comfortable seating and integrated kitchen with dining area and bedroom, bathroom, balcony, storage room and cloakroom. In the gable area inside and outside visible framework, the walls are wood-paneled, the ceilings have visible timbers. The apartment is comfortable and individually furnished modern, 2017, the living area was completely renovated. A beautifully landscaped garden for shared use and a storage room for bicycles in the shed. At the property boundary flows a small stream. Our apartment has been certified by the DTV with 3 stars for many years!
